GRANTMAKING CYCLE
Southern Tier West Development Foundation accepts Letters of Inquiry from eligible applicants throughout the calendar year. Inquiries are screened by Southern Tier West Development Foundation's Project Review Committee to determine eligibility and compliance with application procedures. After screening, applicants are invited to submit a full proposal for Board review.
